Who has YOUR Vote?

28 Sep

Sometimes, we come across those “little” things in life that we are extremely fond of. These little nail stickers make the list of things I’m fond of. I created a remix of my original manicure and now, I’d like to know, which manicure has your vote!

Will you pick China Glaze-Platinum Silver, Zoya-Carly or Wet N Wild-Lethal Injection?

Which one do you like most?

With this Bling…

26 Sep

With this Bling…I thee wed! Check out these fun little “BLING” stickers by Nail Bliss that I picked up from Sally’s. You can glam up the entire hand or add an accent finger or two. I chose to cute a few pieces of the stickers to keep this from being too busy. The base color is “Platinum Silver” by China Glaze.

I’ll describe this as a gradient half-fish egg caviar looking manicure! FUN. FUN. FUN. Would your rock it or knock it?

Cheetah nails!

10 Sep

Cheetah nails are everywhere. Today’s manicures are getting more creative and even cuter. I opted for Cheetah nails with a side of bling.

For this look, I took a shortcut by using nail stickers from Kiss Nail Products. These are called Princess and they come with a little bling. I started with a base color of “Mutual Consent” by Jordana. I only used (2) stickers out of the pack of 26 so I’m really stretching my polish resources. I’m not kidding when I say use it all…down to the last drop.

Tribal nails

9 Sep

OPI has a fabulous new shade called “My Very First Knockwurst”. It’s a nude color with a mauve undertone. The formula applies beautifully and 1-2 coats is all I needed.

It reminds me of a polish on my wish list, “Kennedy” by Zoya. I wonder if this is a dupe.

Also used Sinful colors “Snow me White”, black nail art pen by Kiss and Seche Vite fast drying top coat.

Unicorns: A throwback Thursday blast from the past

23 Aug

Unicorns represent a nostalgic memory of my childhood. I was a self acclaimed “Sticker Collector”. My favorite stickers were shiny, had glitter and included a UNICORN. My beloved stickers were enshrined inside of a binder complete with protective plastic and a handwritten inventory sheet. When scratch and sniff stickers came out I liked the unicorns that smelled like roses.

I attempted to bring a little of my past into the present with this unicorn manicure. I’ll need a little more practice but it was certainly fun remember my past love of stickers and unicorns. I still love glittery and shiny things so some things probaly will never change!

Anyone else love unicorns in the past or present?

Channel Orange

22 Aug

What am I listening to? Frank Ocean! His new album, Channel Orange is truly MUSIC to my ears. Urban ears actually. These headphones were made for good music.

Have you heard this artist and album? If so, what’s your favorite song or verse?
